Admissions

Summit strives to make the admission process easy and accessible. We are committed to extending a warm welcome to all families interested in learning about our school and the environment which makes Summit a community of confident learners!

At Summit Schools, we seek students who we think will have the best likelihood for a successful and satisfying educational experience. We consider each child's academic abilities, preparedness for school, motivation, character and potential to contribute positively to our school community. We seek families who take a strong interest in their child's education, and will partner with us to support their child's academic experience.

Being a family-oriented school, we give priority to applicants whose siblings are current Summit School students and we welcome applications from alumni families. The process for applying to Summit is outlined below. Should you have any questions, please phone or email Shirley Pike (319-294-2036 or spike@summit.pvt.k12.ia.us ).
